7 < 3 - x < 5
I came out with:
4 < x < 2
This does not seem right to me. Please help. Thanks.

Answer by longjonsilver(2297)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
7 < 3-x
4 < -x
-4 > x

3-x < 5
-x < 2
x > -2

So x is less than -4 OR x is greater than -2
