(a) the values of n are: -1, 0, 1, 2, and 3. We can't use -2 because it is not =.
(b) 3x + 2 ≤ 4
step 1 - subtract 2 to get
3x <=2
step 2 - divide by 3 to get
x<= 2/3
If you want the set of integers then
(- 00, 0]
