Question 23469: state whether the inequality stays the same or reverses
is -2 a solution of 3-4x>7?

Answer by stanbon(75887)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Subtract 3 from both sides to get:
-4x>4
If you now divide by -4 the inequality reverses
and you get the negative of the left side and the
right side.
x<-1
