There are 36 possible outcomes when rolling a pair of 6-sided dice. There are 2 ways to make 11 and one way to make 12. That is a total of 3 successful outcomes if success is defined as a result greater than 10.
I know that answer is not one of your choices, but I can't help that. You can't bend the laws of probability to fit a set of four incorrect answers.
