10 + (3/4)a <= (-7/8)a + 5
1st: Multiply both sides of the inequality by "8" to get:
80 + 6a <= -7a + 40
2nd: Add 7a to both sides to get:
80 + 13a <= 40
3rd: Subtract 80 from both sides to get:
13a <= -40
4th: Divide both sides by 13 to get:
a <= -40/13
