we know that the green line should be dotted because the inequality doesnt have an equals with it so it is not inclusive
Plot some points on either side of each equation to see which side gets colored in for each inequality

for example try (0,0) for each
it works on the red graph but not for the green...

so it appears everything inside the red graph will work and everything outside the green parabola will be true
