Graph the linear inequality 2y>3x
1st: Rearrange: y < (3/2)x
2nd: Graph the boudary line, which is y = (3/2)x, as a dashed line.
3rd: Since you want y "less than" (3/2)x, shade the halfplane "below"
the boundary line.
