If we assign your two points as:
(x1,y1)=(4,80)
(x2,y2)=(12,160)
Then:
Slope = rise/run = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
plugging our numbers:
Slope = (160-80)/(12-4)
Slope = 80/8
Slope = 10
.
