Note: I'm assuming that "x" and "y" are integers

If you meant to post x%5E2%2Fy, then the largest value of x%5E2%2Fy will have the largest possible x%5E2 (or the largest possible x). So this means that x=19 (if x is an integer). Also the largest value of x%5E2%2Fy will have the smallest possible "y" value. So this means that y=39


So when x=19 and y=39, this means that x%5E2%2Fy=%2819%29%5E2%2F39=9.256 which is the largest value when 10 < x < 20 and 40 < y < 60
