-18x<-27
x>-27/-18(the < sign changes to a > sign when you divide by a negative value)
x>3/2 or 1.5
proof:
let x=1.6
-3/9<-2*1.6/9
-3/9<-3.2/9
-1/3<-.356
-.333<-.356
