y ≥ -4 is a horizontal line at y=-4, with everything above it shaded. This is because for any point in that region, the y-coordinate is at least -4. (1,5), (2,100), (-4,0) are all in that region. (0,-5) is not shaded because the y-coordinate of that point is -5, which is less than -4. So you want to figure out the region where the y-coordinate is at least -4 and the x-coordinate is at least 5. x ≥ 5 is a vertical line at x=5 with everything to its right shaded. So we have 4 regions on this graph, top and bottom and left and right. Since the top is shaded and the right is shaded, the top right corner is shaded. The parts of the line touching this shaded region are included. The rest of the lines are not since, for example, (5,-10) makes x≥5 true, but it makes y≥-4 false. You can test this solution with a point in each region. Only the top right should work in both inequalities. Try (0,0), (0,-10), (10,0), (10,-10).
