Answer by checkley71(8403) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
3(X+2)/-4<=2X+5-6X
(3X+6)/-4<=-4X+5 NOW CROSS MULTIPLY. (NOTE WHEN YOU MULTIPLY BY A NEGATIVE NUMBER THE < SIGN CHANGES TO A > SIGN.
(3X+6)>=-4(-4X+5)
3X+6>=16X-20
3X-16X>=-20-6
-13X>=-26
X<=-26/-13
X<=2 ANSWER.
PROOF
LET X=1.9
3(1.9+2)/-4<=2*1.9+5-6*1.9
3*3.9/-4<=3.8+5-11.4
11.7/-4<=-2.6
-2.92<=-2.6
