Y>=90/-15 WHEN YOU DIVIDE BY A NEGATIVE NUMBER THE < SIGN CHANGES TO A > SIGN.
Y>=-6 ANSWER.
PROOF.
LET Y=-5.9
-15*-5.9<=90
88.5<=90
