I was wondering since the tutors at my college aren't very good at explaining math to me. Where I could get some tapes like (vhs) because I am a visual learning. Please also keep in mind I have a budget so please nothing very expensive.

there are several math teaching/tutoring packages available on CD

look in the local library - either at school or in town

they can probably be purchased at places like Staples, OfficeMax, etc.
