I'm not sure what it is about this that makes you think you need our help....

Substituting c=0.5 in each inequality....

0.5 is greater than 50 FALSE
1/2 13 is greater than or equal to 0.5 I don't know what "1/2 13" means....
7.5 is less than of equal to 0.5 FALSE
0.5<-1 FALSE
0.5<2.5 TRUE
-6 is greater than or equal to 0.5 FALSE
0.5 is less than or equal to 1/2 TRUE (they are equal)

c = .5 is the solution.

c is greater than 50
c = .5 is not greater than 50, so this is not part of the solution set.
NOT

1/2 13 is greater than or equal to c
1/2 of 13 = 6.5, so 6.5 is greater than or equal to c.
6.5 is greater than c = .5, so this is part of the solutoon sert.

7.5 is less than or equal to c
7.5 is not less than or equal to c = .5, so this is not part of the soluton set.
NOT

c<-1
c = .5 is not less than -1, so this is not part of the solution set.
NOT

c<2.5
c = .5 is less than 2.5, so this is part of the solution set.

-6 is greater than or equal to c
-6 is not greater than c = .5, so this is not part of the solution set.
NOT

c is less than or equal to 1/2
c = .5 is the same as c = 1/2, so this is part of the solution set.

based on the analysis above, the foolowing are not part of the solution set.

c is greater than 50
7.5 is less than or equal to c
c<-1
-6 is greater than or equal to c
