Y<=20/-5 HERE THE > SIGN CHANGES TO THE < SIGN BECAUSE WE ARE DIVIDING BY A NEGATIVE INTEGER.

PROOF
LET Y=-4.1
7-3(-4.1)>=27+2(-4.1)
7+12.3>=27-8.2
19.3>=18.8
