Think of the symbol " ⊂ " as talking to you.

" ⊂ " is talking and saying this to you: 

"Every element of the set which is located immediately left of me, is an
element of the set which is located immediately right of me."

All you have to do is decide whether the " ⊂ " is telling the truth or not.
