Heres the question:
6y+10>8-(y+14)

Solve the inequality:
The basic idea is to get the variable (y in this case) onto one side of the inequality sign.
Remove the parentheses and note the sign change on the 14.
Simplify the right side.
Now add y to both sides.
Subtract 10 from both sides.
Finally, divide both sides by 7
