|x/(x+2)|<=2 for this question, there are 2 cases.
Case #1
x/(x+2)<=2
x<=2(x+2)
x<=2x+4
-x<=4
x>=-4
The answer in case #1 is -4

Case #2
x/(x+2)>=-2
x>=-2(x+2)
x>=-2x+-4
3x>=-4
x>=-4/3
The answer in case #2 is -4/3
The answers are -4 and -4/3.
