x<= -4(x+1)
x<=-4x-4
5x<=-4
x<=-4/5

One thing to add here. Looking at the original inequality, the fraction becomes undefined when the denominator is 0. Therefore, x cannot equal -1. The answer should be
x < -1 and -1 < x <= -4/5.
