Subtract the left side from both sides to get:
0 < 4m + 32

Subtract 32 from both sides
4m > - 32
----
Divide by 4 to get:
m > -8

3m + 5 < 7m + 37
3m - 7m < 37 - 5
-4m < 32
Multiply both sides by -1
Note 'less than' sign changes to
'greater than'
4m > - 32
m > - 8
