Answer by Boreal(15235)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Multiply everything by (n-3)(n-5)
n^2-25-(n^2-9)=16(n^2-8n+15)
-16=16n^2-128n+240
16n^2-128n+256=0
divide by 16
n^2-8n+16=0
(n-4)^2=0
n=4
check
9/1-(7/-1)=16
