Answer by Ave(106)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
reciprocal is when you turn a fraction upside down
so reciprocal of 5 times a number is 1/5x
then subtracted from the reciprocal of 1/5x which would be 5x
and the result equals 4/25
so 5x-1/5x=4/25 combine like terms
24/5x=4/25 times both sides by the reciprocal of 24/5
x=4/25(5/24) multiply
x=20/600 simplify
x=1/30
