Three times the smaller number is the same as twice the larger:(3x=2L)
Let x and represent the smaller and larger number respectively
Question states***sum of two numbers is 15
x + (3/2)x = 15
(5/2)x = 15
x = 15(2/5)
x = 6, the smaller number. the larger number is 9
