Question 5433: this question does not really go into this catorgory, but i could not find the right place to ask this question.
the questions is:
The x-coordinate of each point on the y-axis is
a.the same as the y-coordinate.
b.always positive
c.always zero
d.any number
I thought that the answer was d. any number, but i couldn't be too sure, so I thought i'd get some help on it. thanks.

The answer is c. always zero.
any coordinate that falls on the y axis is (0,y)
the same holds true for a point on the x axis... (x,0)
