Question 364367: I am having trouble getting this into 2 system of equation formulas, once I have the equation I will be good to go.
problem is:
A box has an open top, rectangular sides, and a square base. The volume of the box is 576 cubic inches, and the surface area of the outside of the box is 336 square inches. Find the dimensions of the box.

the base is square , so length equals width

let x=length(also width) and let y=height

x^2 * y = 576

x^2 + 4xy = 336
