T = 2500 + 3A

b.) average cost C = T/A

c.) 10 alligators:
total cost T = 2500 + 3 * 10 = 2500 + 30 = $2530
average cost C = 2530/10 = $253 per alligator
100 alligators:
T = 2500 + 3 * 100 = 2500 + 300 = $2800
C = 2800/100 = $28 per alligator
1000 alligators:
T = 2500 + 3 * 1000 = 2500 + 3000 = $5500
C = 5500/1000 = $5.50 per alligator
