Question 264350: if P = y/x, what will happen to the value of P when the values of x and y are both doubled?
Answer by JBarnum(2146)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
p=y/x
for example y=4 x=2 so p=2
doubling both so y=8 and x=4, p=2
lets try doubling 8 and 4 to 16 and 8...p=2
so the value of "p" does not change
