1, 6, 5, 1, 2, 3
To figure out the mean, you would add up all the numbers (1+6+5+1+2+3=18) Then, you would divide your sum by the total number of numbers there are (6). (18/6=3) Therefore, the mean is 3.


To calculate the median, you would order the numbers from least to greatest. (1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 6) Then you would locate the middle number. Since there is an even number of numbers in this set, the middle number is between 2 and 3 and therefore, is 2.5.


Finally, to calculate the mode, you would find the number that appears most often in the set of numbers. Thus, your mode is 1 because it appears twice, while the other numbers appear only once.
