"Twice the square of a number" __ 2n^2

"increased by" __ +

"five times the product of the number and three more than the number" __ 5(n)(n+3) __ 5n^2+15n

"is" __ =

"the opposite of" __ -

"the quotient of six and the number" __ 6/n

2n^2+5n^2+15n=-6/n
