so the sum of 7times a number and seven/2=14
so i think that it's 7 times a

Math model:
7x+7/2=14
7x%2B7%2F2=14 ------->multiply by 2
14x+7=28
14x+7-7=28-7
14x=21
14x%2F14=21%2F14
x=21%2F14=3%2F2
