The question is worded  BOTH  terribly and incorrectly.
A correct formulation is this  " For how many days this supply will last ? "
I will solve the problem in this modified formulation.

1 drop = milliliters, or 1 milliliter = 20 drops

(as given in the problem and is consistent
     with the standard conversion factor).

So, 10 mL in the bottle are equivalent to 10*20 = 200 drops.

Thus, your supply in the bottle is 200 drops.

Every time you use 1 + 1 = 2 drops for (1+1) = 2 two/both your eyes.

So, you can treat your eyes 200 : 2 = 100 times.

Each treatment covers 8 hours.

100 treatments will cover 8*100 = 800 hours.

One day in this context is 24 hours.

So, the number of days is = 33 .

Thus, one bottle supply is enough for full 33 days.
At the end of the 33-th day, you will make the last treatment,
and its action will continue (will last) first 8 hours on the day 34.
