The width of a rectangle is 15 feet less than its length, and the perimeter is 210 feet. Find the width:
-----------------
Perimeter = 2(length + width)
Let the length be "x" ft.
Then the width = "x-15" ft.
--------------------
EQUATION:
210 = 2(x + x-15)
105 = 2x-15
2x = 120
x = 60 ft ( length)
x-15 = 45 ft (width)
