P(at least one face card) = 1 - P(no face cards)

So calculate the probability of getting no face cards when 3 cards are drawn:

P(first card not a face card) = 40/52
P(second card not a face card) = 39/51
P(third card not a face card) = 38/50

P(no face cards) = (40/52)(39/51)(38/50) = .447 to 3 decimal places

So P(at least one face card = 1-.447 = .553
