Let F be the full amount of meal (food);
C = the portion for one child and M = the portion for one man.


You are given 

F = 120*M = 200*C.   (1)


Then F = 150C + 50C;   but, according to  (1),  50C =  =  = 30M.


Therefore,

F = 150C + 50C = 150C + 30M.


Answer. The reminded food is for 30 men.
