Say liters if this is the volume unit you mean.
The 5 liters milk will not completely fill the 7 liter jar but will overfill the 3 liter jar. Try filling up to the top in the 3 liter jar, make markings to indicate the 1-liter increments, transfer the full 3 liter milk into the 7 liter jar, and put the remaining milk from the original container into the 3 liter jar, and make a best estimation.
The 10 liter jar might be unnecessary, but graduation marks could be made, such as into 5 liter increments.
