Question 117166: Trying to help my teen w/a project as she's missed a week of school. She was given 10-slopes (i.e. m=0, m=3/4, etc) which will create a design/picture when graphed. It's been a while (25+ years) since I've done this. Since she was not given anything for x or y, is it safe to assume I chose one and use it in each of the 10 equations? I think the equation I use is y= mx + b, but I'm not sure. Guidance for a struggling parent? I'm the oldest on the block and no one else's kids have gotten to this fun part of life yet. Once I get started I'm confident it will all come back...
