Please tell me what are the paired orders and tell me what paired order goes where. If I am looking at the graph....does the first paired order go in the north east south east north west or south west and please explain the same way for the second paired coordinates. I got slope = 3, y-intercept = 8? right or wrong? if so please explain

I got slope = -1/2, y-intercept = 2? same as above
