So if you negate the x to get it flips the graph

Now when you add 5 to -x you get which shifts the graph 5 units to the right

y = sqrt5-x
This is a linear equation and sqrt(5)is a constant= 2.2 or thereabouts.
get 2 points like in any other linear graph and draw a straight line between them.
when x=0 y=2.2 (0,2.2)
when x=-5 y=2.2+5=7.2 (-5,-2.8)
try a couple yourself.
