This is a COMPOUND INEQUALITY, not an equation.
- 50 < 7y + 6 < - 8
- 50 - 6 < 7y + 6 - 6 < - 8 - 6 ------- Subtracting 6
- 56 < 7y < - 14
------- Dividing by 7

I guess you now know what to do to graph this inequality.
