Distance Formula:
sqrt (x2 - x1)^2 + (y2 - y1)^2
a) sqrt (9 - 3)^2 + (6-(-2)
sqrt (6)^2 + (8)^2
sqrt (36) + (64)
sqrt (100)
= 10
sqrt (9 - 3)^2 + (-10 -(-2))
sqrt (6)^2 + (-8)^2
sqrt (36) + (64)
sqrt (100)
= 10
The other 3 (b,c,d) do not give
a distance of 10.
