I assume this has to do with how many minutes.
$170=$89 +$.18minute* x minutes
subtract 89 from both sides
$81= $0.18/minute. * x minutes
divide by $0.18
450 minutes is the breakeven point.
451 minutes would be $81.18, which with $89, would be more than $170.
