Domain is all reals except x=7 (denominator becomes 0)
Range is all reals.
Domain is all x's for quadratic
Range vertex has x-value of -b/2a or -1/3
At that x-value, y = (1/9)*3 -2/3 -3= -3 1/3
Range is y> (-10/3)
