Given the function f(x) = -3x2 - 6x - 6, is the point (-1, -3) on the graph of f? 

f(x) = 

A point (x,y) is on the graph of f if and only if for the given value of x, f(x) = y.

For the point (-1,-3), x = -1, y = -3.
f(x) = f(-1) =  = 
so f(x) = y.
Therefore the point (-1,-3) is on the graph of f. Ans is Yes.
