Put the ordered pairs in order from smallest x to largest x, and plot the points on graph paper. Just do what the directions say. Tell what you find, and maybe describe how well the points form a line or how they not.
No actual number property steps here. Just make the graph and read from it.
Part c question is asking about x=1.5 because your x values are in "hundreds of dollars".
