Question 96030: How do you graph y=6x+8
Answer by edjones(8007)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
y=6x+8
All you need is pencil, graph paper, ruler and 2 points.
I'll help with the 2 points.
If x=0 y=8 (0,8) (the x number always goes first (x,y))
if x=-1 y=2 (-1,2)
Now you've got 2 points. put them on the right place on the graph paper and draw a line with the pencil and ruler.
It should look like the graph below.
