Question 95548: thru (-2,3/4) and (2/3,5/2)
find an eq. in slope-intercept form if possible

Answer by scott8148(6628) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
the slope is the change in y (rise) divided by the change in x (run)
slope ... ((5/2)-(3/4))/((2/3)-(-2)) ... (7/4)/(8/3) ... 21/32
y=(21/32)x+b ... 3/4=(21/32)(-2)+b ... (3/4)+(21/16)=b ... 33/16=b
y=(21/32)x+(33/16)
