You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Y=mX+b where (m)= slope & (b)=Y intercept.
THE Y INTERCEPT HERE IS (0,-2). ONE POINT TO PLOT
TO FIND ANOTHER POINT JUST SET Y=0 & SOLVE FOR X.
0=2X/3-2
2X/3=2 NOW CROSS MULTIPLY
2X=6
NOW DIVIDE BOTH SIDES BY 2
2X/2=6/2
X=3 WHEN Y=0 SO WE HAVE A SECOND POINT (3,0)NOW PLOT THESE 2 POINTS(0,-2) & (3,0) AND DRAW A LINE THROUGH THEM. YOU'LL HAVE A SLOPE (m) OF 2/3
+graph%28+300%2C+200%2C+-6%2C+5%2C+-10%2C+10%2C+y+=+2x%2F3+-2%29+ (graph 300x200 pixels, x from -6 to 5, y from -10 to 10, y = 2x/3 -2).
