-3Y=-7X-9
Y=-7X/-3-9/-3
Y=7X/3+3 THE Y INTERCEPT IS 3 (RED LINE)
4Y+3X=-4
4Y=-3X-4
Y=-3X/4-4/4
Y=-3X/4-1 THE Y INTERCEPT IS -1 (GREEN LINE)
