Question 945642: To graph the function f, we plot the points (x, f( ) ) in a coordinate plane. To graph f(x) = x^2 + 5,we plot the points ( x, ) So the point (2, ) is on the graph of f. The height of the graph of f above the x-axis when x = 2 is ( ) ?.

So much description, but this is really a matter of just plugging in 2 for x, and computing the value for f(2). The graph for f is 5 units above the x-axis, but AT x=2, f is units above the x-axis.
